QA Tester

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in software testing, including both manual and automated testing.
• Knowledge and understanding of banking or financial business operations is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analysis, and project management skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to learn quickly.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with unit testing, test case production, and test automation.

Responsibilities

• Designing and executing test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
• Conducting system testing across different platforms, including websites and mobile applications (iOS, Android).
• Performing unit testing, building, and automating tests to validate software functionality.
• Analyzing requirements to ensure tests align with business needs.
• Setting up and maintaining test environments to ensure smooth execution of tests.
• Using automation testing frameworks such as Cypress.io, Selenium, Robot, etc., to automate test cases and improve testing efficiency.
• Prioritizing test cases and executing tests in both manual and automated environments.
• Collaborating with project management teams to ensure testing meets project goals and deadlines.
• Generating reports and documentation of test scenarios, test cases, and testing results, using tools like Microsoft Excel.
