Responsibilities

  • Support strategic initiatives ideation and media planning
  • Operate and execute company communications and media plan to ensure that the creative works and fits into channel & platform with the right moment and targeted group in order to address the business objectives
  • Ensure effective company communications, and media relations and strategically implement crisis communications
  • In charge of handling public relations matters in order to enhance corporate image and branding
  • Work across the team to produce effective marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and help manage customer feedback and interaction across media channels
  • Support media and display ad operations during campaign periods
  • Support real-time content and communications by displaying ads
  • Building relationships, networking, and activities with the media
  • Liaising with internal departments and the media, to release news and projects
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the communication/PR program and modify it as necessary against achievement and against changing corporate aims
  • Analyze results of PR & communication campaigns or efforts and prepare reports
  • Assist in organizing online events and online seminars

Requirements

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in PR and communication or a related field
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, or related field
  • Solid experience in social media (blogs, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable as a public speaker
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key people or organizations
  • A creative mind partnered with the ability to find the best practical solutions
