Legal Officer

Responsibilities

• Check/draft contracts, give opinions and give advice. (Thai and English)
• Managing all kind of corporate law.
• Providing legal advice or opinion in relation to the Company’s business activities and ensure that the legal risk has been identified.
• Draft, Review and analyse contracts and other legal documentations of group companies.
• Assisting Team to conducting legal research and Provide legal advice, seminar and support to all legal issues for group company across multiple jurisdictions.
• Supporting the auditing Team to audit the group companies in Thailand and overseas on legal and compliance.
• Supporting the auditing Team to audit the group companies in Thailand and overseas on legal and compliance.
• Keep management abreast of all new laws and regulations that may have implications to group company.
• Providing general support to Team leaders and other colleagues.
• Handling ad hoc assignment.

Requirements

• Thai nationality, Male, age 25 – 30 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or higher
• Thai lawyer License qualified
• At least 1 years experience as Legal in In-house or Law firm
• Ability to use English both speaking and writing (Good command in English would be an advantage)
• Experience in civil/criminal/administrative court proceedings is an advantage.
• Thai Commercial laws (especially business laws) and Investment laws
• If you have basic knowledge of business, finance and laws related to said business (Special consideration)
• Contract Draft, Review/ analysis
• Communicate, coordinates effectively at all levels (internal & external organization)
• Work effectively with a remote Team
• Able to travel domestic and overseas
• Microsoft Office and online research tools
• Ability to work effectively with a remote Team both independently and within a Team environment
• Able to work under pressure with highly responsible, analytical and systematic.
• Be detail oriented and well adaptable
• Be constantly seeking for knowledge
