Responsibilities

  • Should have a deep understanding of customers and the market. Trust and strong relationships must be built with key customers that both buyers and sellers feel comfortable with in a long-term partnership.
  • Create long- Term agreements and understandings with interested customers. 
  • Plan and set goals that are appropriate to the needs of customers and the organization. Using an understanding of the market and competition 
  • Manage conflicts or problems that occur with customers and create good relationships with customer needs. 
  • Must predict and analyze trends in the industry and market to determine appropriate strategies. 
  • Supervise and participate in managing the sales and marketing teams to support key customers. 
  • Create opportunities to expand business with important customers and grow your business. 
  • Communicate effectively and clearly with customers and within the organization. 
  • Must work with the sales team, marketing team, and other functions in the organization to provide holistic customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration or other related fields
  • Able to work under pressure, positive thinking and service-minded
  • Good personality and interpersonal skills Sociable and good-natured
  • Able to travel to other provinces or abroad

Skill :

  • Have the skills to communicate in both Thai and English (Will be given special consideration)
  • Have knowledge about the product.
  • Collaboration Skills have the skills to work together.
