Job Description

  • Documentation: Gather and prepare work-related documents within the organization, including managing financial documents, contracts, and reports.
  • Internal Team Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with other teams to gather relevant information.
  • Communication: Responsible for internal and external communication, including responding to emails and phone calls related to assigned tasks.
  • Time Management: Manage personal time effectively to complete tasks on time and maximize productivity.
  • Data Management: Maintain and store work-related data in the organization’s designated system, ensuring data is organized and easily accessible.
  • Other Assigned Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in document preparation and coordination.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to communicate professionally.Excellent communication in English and Thai in both verbal and written.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time and multiple tasks effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in document preparation and data accuracy.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in using Google Sheets, Google Docs, Canvas, and other document management software.
  • Coordination Skills: Strong coordination and collaboration skills.
  • Personality: Pleasant personality, responsible, and positive work attitude.
  • Additional Consideration:
  • Presentation of oneself and presentation skills will be considered as an advantage.
