Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communication Arts, Marketing, Mass Communication, Humanities, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in content, social media, or marketing coordination. Experience or knowledge in the Fintech industry or digital products is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a passion for generating new ideas and presenting diverse communication strategies.
- Solid understanding of content creation, from idea generation, writing, and management to analyzing results.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, able to work smoothly with various teams.
- Familiar with the operations of digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Google, and Twitter.
- Proficient in English, with strong skills in speaking, reading, and writing.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate content production between the marketing team and other relevant departments to ensure content is accurate, on schedule, and aligns with the brand’s goals.
- Generate and propose new content ideas that can be further developed into actual content, both from an informational and creative perspective.
- Plan and schedule content distribution across various channels, such as websites, social media platforms, email, and other platforms.
- Ensure content quality by reviewing and proofreading content (Content QA) for accuracy, format, and language before publication.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of content, utilizing data to improve and refine content to better serve the target audience.
- Organize and maintain a content library to ensure ease of access and usability.
- Support marketing campaigns related to investment products and financial technology.
