Marketing or Marketing Officers are responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies and campaigns. To promote the image of the product brand or increase sales for the organization.
- Support strategic initiatives ideation and media planning
- Operate and execute company communications and media plan to ensure that the creative works and fits into channel & platform with the right moment and targeted group in order to address the business objectives
- Ensure effective company communications, and media relations and strategically implement crisis communications
- In charge of handling public relations matters in order to enhance corporate image and branding
- Work across the team to produce effective marketing campaigns
- Monitor and help manage customer feedback and interaction across media channels
- Support media and display ad operations during campaign periods
- Support real-time content and communications by displaying ads
- Building relationships, networking, and activities with the media
- Liaising with internal departments and the media, to release news and projects
- Monitor the effectiveness of the communication/PR program and modify it as necessary against achievement and against changing corporate aims
- Analyze results of PR & communication campaigns or efforts and prepare reports
- Assist in organizing online events and online seminars
- At least 1-3 years of experience in PR and communication or a related field
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, or related field
- Solid experience in social media (blogs, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable as a public speaker
- Ability to build strong relationships with key people or organizations
- A creative mind partnered with the ability to find the best practical solutions
