Call center representatives liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.
Responsibilities
– Informing clients on our updates, and inviting them to our events.
– Participates in event organization and sends greeting emails after each event.
– Arranging leads after research and distributing it to the sales representatives accordingly.
– Cold calling to invite IB and candidates for meetings.
– Searching for a new database with the marketing department.
– Sending email advertisements.
– Assisting clients with any queries
– Presenting new investment ideas in order to build long term relationships with existing clients. And to make sure all existing clients are having their plans for investment.
Requirements
– Bachelor degree or above
– Self-motivated, goal-oriented, good communication, insight and execution skills
– Strong ability to work under pressure, eager for challenging high salaries
– Experience in the Call Center would be receiving special consideration
– English and other languages will be advantage
