Back office operator is a combination of administration and support personnel who are not client-facing. Back-office functions include settlements, clearances, record maintenance, regulatory compliance, accounting, and IT services.
Responsibilities
- Able to work under pressure, positive thinking and service-minded
- Good personality and communication skills
- Able to socialize
- Able to use basic computer programs
- Have good communication and problem solving skills
- Supervise, inspect and store customer information
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, economics or other related fields
- At least 1 year experience
- Understanding customers' needs
- Communication Skills: fluent in Thai and English will be given special consideration
